Factory Marked the Shoes The Wrong Size

I am an adult who’s feet have not changed size in decades. So, I ordered my correct size from Ella Shoes. The shoes that arrived said the same size that I ordered (44), but they are clearly marked incorrectly, as they are two sizes to small. As this was my second attempt, Ella Shoes clearly has issues at their factory. I have even seen other comments on the internet that say the same problem. I reached out to customer service at Ella Shoes. But they deny there is a problem with the marking of the size of their shoes. And said I could only return them if I had not tried and wore them. As I had tried them, now I cannot return them. I do not recommend buying from Ella Shoes.
