*Wherever possible any orders placed before 15:00 are sent out the same working day. Any orders placed after 15:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

- Received the wrong item? Sorry we can get this sorted, please contact us straight away!
- We reserve the right not to refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. Please see T&C’s for full details.
- Please note we not not offer free returns, all returns, are returned at your own cost.
- Please ensure that you have a proof of posting certificate (receipt) from your post office/courier. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

We inspect all returned items, so it is important that they are returned to us in good condition and with all tags still attached. If they do not meet the standards of our Returns Policy they will not be accepted for a refund and re-delivery of the refused return will be at the customer's expense.
PLEASE ENSURE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ENTERED WHEN ORDERING.
Please note successful deliveries are heavily reliant on customers inputting their correct shipping address information. Ella shoes cannot be held responsible for missing orders due to the submission of incorrect addresses.
Please double-check the address you are entering, and ensure the autofill feature on your browser does not input any incorrect details. If paying with PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, please ensure after log-in that the address matches the desired shipping address, as this can effect shipping.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (DUTY & VAT)
All deliveries to the destinations outside the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. Ella shoes will not be held responsible to cover these charges.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;.
If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery

That's easy! You can find all of the information to make a return within your parcel.
Simply fill in your returns form and enclose this with your parcel, if you have misplaced this form please include a note with your full name & order number so we give the right person a refund!
