Items poorly sized, size 6 is more a 4/5! Returned both items I bought, paid the £7 to return to parcel only for it to be returned to my home address again, emailed Ella shoes, still waiting on a reply! Very disappointed with service & goods, won’t use again nor would I recommend! Buy better in Primark folks!
