I have covid so I asked the delivery man to put the package over my back gate, he refused and said he needs a picture with my door open. I obviously explained I wouldn’t come down in case he catches anything. So He told me he would come back later that day once my daughter has finished work. but he never did. So I called up and the lady told me they would deliver the next day with instructions to put the shoes over my back gate. They still didn’t turn up. So I lost money I was a bit peed off as I love the shoes! It’s obviously no reflection on ellas shoes it’s the delivery people’s fault.
