I'm a wide size 8 with a high instep so sized up to a 9. The boots arrived and looked beautiful...but my instep was just too high and I couldn't get the zip up. I packaged them up to return them but they were just too beautiful to part with. Then I had the brainwave of threading a ribbon through the zip to give a bit of extra leverage...and I managed to get them done up. Because the fabric has a bit of 'give' to it they stretched and are now my absolute favourite, comfortable, stylish, footware.

These boots are my favourite footwear right now. They are so comfortable, fit my calves and go with everything. I need the black ones in my life now!!!!!
