Good quick service but…

The boots are very warm and fit well. The only problem I have is that the furry insole is more than 1/2 an inch too short and not wide enough in the right boot, which makes this very uncomfortable to wear as it finishes under the toe joint, leaving my toes over the edge. I then have the choice of discomfort at the front or slide the insole forward and then the gap at the back makes my heel sore. This is a shame as my last pair of Ella boots lasted for years and were super comfortable.
