How refreshing to deal with a company that thinks of the customer. I had to return the first pair, my mistake I ordered the wrong size. I received an email to say they had received my return and when my new ones were dispatched. A speedy service, no more postage required I would recommend Ella Shoes and will use them again THANK YOU
