Doesn’t matter how good the product is if Customer Service is rude and rubbish that’s all you remember

Rude, Customer service. I have bought these slippers over and over again for me, my husband and my mum, we usually buy them every three months for each of us. This time the garden centre didn’t have my Husband’s size in stock, so I got them direct from the website. Never again, I’m from now on we will choose another brand for our slippers, which is a shame because we’ve bought these for many years.
